The Jacobs Futura Foundation (JFF) is looking for an Associate to join our Athlete Professional Development Programme, a role designed specifically for athletes currently competing at national, international or professional level, or who have retired since July 2023.

Over the course of the placement, the Associate will work closely with the teams across the organisation – our Athletes Portfolio, Rainforest Portfolio, and Operations. You will support colleagues in the day-to-day running of the Foundation’s programmes and its supporting functions, seeing how these all contribute to our mission of creating lasting, positive change in our areas of focus. Alongside this, you’ll benefit from mentoring, networking and placements with partner organisations.

This is a chance to build on the leadership, teamwork and resilience developed through your athletic career and experience how they can be applied in an organisation like ours.

We’re looking for someone collaborative, curious and adaptable, with strong written and oral communication skills and confidence using Microsoft packages.
